ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 21-04-2016 It appears that now the Petitioner has retired and is getting only `12,000/-(twelve thousand) as pension. In view of such, amount of `5,000/-(five thousand) granted as maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai, by order dated 21.03.2014 passed in Maintenance Case No.120-M of 2010, is reduced to `2,000/- (two thousand).

The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order impugned.
