2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 376(D)(A) of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed gang rape with a minor victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2025.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
