JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 292 of 2018 registered under Sections 420,467,468,471 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that on secret information, police raided a hotel and apprehended 05 persons including the petitioner and recovered some mobiles, laptop, cheque books and some documents and it is alleged that they claimed to have come for inspection for toilets constructed under the Swachha Bharat Mission and also used to cheat people in the name of providing job.

Submission is that except one person making allegation of demanding Rs. 500/- for registration and further to pay Rs. 25,000/- for providing job there is no other material

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38348 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 and no other person has come forward making allegation of cheating against the petitioner and he bears clean antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kunal Kishore, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 292 of 2018.
