It has been pointed out by him that a show cause has already filed after service thereof on the counsel for the petitioner enclosing therewith the order which the Municipal Commissioner has passed on 27.12.2008 in due compliance of the order of this Court. There is no rejoinder thereto.

Considering the operative part of the writ order and the facts stated in the show cause, this Court is satisfied that the opposite party has complied with the

Patna High Court MJC No.1820 of 2008 (4) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 direction/order of this Court substantially. The contempt application is dismissed.
