Essentially, the petitioner is raising an issue with regard to mis-management of the society called Shri Krishna Chetna Parishad registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 vide registration no. 483 of 1986-87. Allegation of financial irregularity committed by its members managing the affairs of the society has been made.

It is stated that any such grievance can be raised before the Inspector General of Registration who has the

The petitioner would file a representation invoking the said jurisdiction of the Inspector General of Registration (respondent no.1).

Considering the submissions of the parties, the writ application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application before the respondent no.1 who shall examine/consider the said application of the petitioner and take appropriate remedial steps/measures as required in law and deemed necessary with utmost expedition.
