The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.06.2019.
Referring to the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim has admitted the joining of wedlock at her own volition with the petitioner. He submits that the statement of the victim was recorded in presence of the father of the victim, the informant of this case.

Case No. 104 of 2019.
