Petitioners seek bail in Lalganj P.S.Case No. 62 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R all the F.I.R named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant and his son as a result both of them sustained grievous injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60976 of 2021(2) dt.11-02-2022 2/2 is case and counter case and both sides sustained injuries. The allegation of assault is general and omnibus and doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioners are in custody since 28.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021.
