The petitioner seeks bail in Barhara P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 511, 3123 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant in her written complaint has stated that on 10.02.2015 at about 3:00 pm she was sitting in her courtyard when accused persons including the petitioner came there with oblique motive and Sikandar Yadav assaulted her by butt of the pistol and Mithilesh Yadav and Tarni Yadav tried to strangulate her and on raising alarm her family members came there. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018.
