JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dalsingsarai (Ghatho) P.S. Case No.118 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47, 30(a), 30(d), 35(d), 38(i), 38(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 11 litres of liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly two months and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
