ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Balrampur (Telta O.P.) P.S. case No.152 of 2014 registered under Sections 376, 313, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
