2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simri P.S Case No. 330 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the informant along with other bank officials were about to close the banking transaction on 20.09.2023 at about 15.59 PM then randomly seven to eight accused person with their muffled face entered into the PNB Branch situated Badka Singhanpur. The miscreants were armed with deadly weapons and after entering into the bank, they started abusing the bank officials and also started demanding the cash. The miscreants looted 19,48,000/- from the bank locker. They also destroyed the wire of CCTV. The miscreants fled away from their motorcycle after robbing the bank money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather it is general and omnibus. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 22.11.2023.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - Ist Class, Court No. 12, Buxar / Court concerned in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 330 of 2023.
