ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in K. Hat P.S. case No.615 of 2014 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, pending before the court of C.J.M., Purnea. Supplementary Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner stating therein that the police had given them interim protection.

Evidently in such circumstances, the application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

The Petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below which shall consider the provisions of Section 41(A) Cr.P.C. and that the Petitioner has not misused the privilege of bail in the meantime and pass necessary orders within a period of
