JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No. 72 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation is that petitioners snatched mobile of a person, but that person has not lodged any complaint and it was not established that alleged mobile was recovered from the possession of the accused persons or stolen one and petitioners have clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Birendra Kumar and Mukesh Kumar are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38351 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
