The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 324, 325, 307, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted to the informant with lathi and causing injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely implicated in this case. The doctor has examined and found injury of the informant was found simple in nature while one injury of Sudhanshu Shekhar was found grievous in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019. It has further submitted that he has explained the criminal antecedent which is mentioned in para 3 of the bail

Learned APP has opposed the prayer of bail on the ground that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Chapra, District-Saran, in connection with Taraiya P.S.
