Already enough disputes and litigations have happened in relation to appointment on the post of Sub Inspector in terms of advertisement no.704 of 2004, some of which have been talked about in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Staff Selection Commission. Appointments have been made within the parameters of the direction of the High Court as well as Hon'ble Supreme Court. When the petitioner did not come within the parameters of such direction and adjudication, especially when such appointments have already been
