The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 767 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 504, 447, 34 and Section 27 of Arms Act. Informant has alleged that on 08.09.2016 at about 7.00 PM when she was engaged in domestic work, petitioner and his mother entered his house alongwith 5-6 unknown miscreants variously armed with deadly weapons and started abusing her and his son and also assaulted them. It has been further alleged that a gold chain was snatched from her neck and petitioner resorted to indiscriminate firing, however no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 767 of 2016.
