1. Though the present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No.15 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, however at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the petitioner has already surrendered before the learned Trial Court, thus, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed
