The present Bathnaha Police Station Case No. 283 of 2014 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 452, 354, 380 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of complaint petition bearing Complaint Case no. 1181 of 2014 which was sent to concerned police station for registration of the F.I.R.

Taking into consideration the accusation leveled against the petitioners as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, this aspect of the matter that petitioners are next door neighbours of the informant, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is
