Mr. Purushottam Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order impugned in the present writ petition was examined by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 10640/2015 and vide order dated 22.3.2017 the impugned order was quashed.

Considering the fact that the co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already passed order in CWJC No. 10640/2015 and quashed the order dated 18.12.2014, which is also subject matter

Patna High Court CWJC No.7929 of 2016(2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 of the present writ petition, the order impugned in this writ petition is quashed and the writ petition is also allowed in similar terms.
