1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Mr. Ajay Kumar Gautam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the instant anticipatory bail application, the petitioner was given the benefit of Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., as such, he does not have any apprehension of arrest, hence seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with a liberty to move a fresh, if need arises.
