The grievance of the petitioners is that though upon his application filed under Section 48D of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, the Case No.1 of 2014 was registered in which notice was issued upon the landlords directing them to appear on 7.3.2014, there is no progress at all in the case. The petitioners only want expeditious disposal of the case in accordance with law. In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, directing the respondent no.4, i.e., Anchal Adhikari, Triveniganj,
Patna High Court CWJC No.52 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 Supaul to consider and dispose of the Case No.1 of 2014 filed by the petitioners expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on its own merit and in accordance with law but not before granting reasonable opportunity in accordance with law to all the parties concerned including the respondent nos.5 and 6.
