The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that during election, rival sides were pelting stones against each other in which one police constable was injured. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Other five accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5134/2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
