JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-12-2016 This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the respondent to pay the petitioner his arrears of gratuity amounting to Rs.52,255/- and arrears of revised pension as well as arrears of Dearness Allowance as allowed time to time since February, 2008 as well as other permissible arrears.

However, he submits that the respondents are illegally deducting certain amount from the pension of the petitioner. Be that as it may, since the grievances raised in the present writ petition have already been redressed, the writ petition is disposed of.
