JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 18-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel fort the State and learned counsel for the informant. Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020 has been lodged under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act against the petitioner.

The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he asked for water from Sonu Kumar and upon his denial to provide the same, petitioner opened fire which hit his head and Sonu Kumar died on the spot.

In view of the specific allegation that has been levelled against him, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner and bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

The Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and
