The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 dated 21.01.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

One rifle, a country made pistol and 12 cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. The earlier case in which the petitioner was made accused, he has been granted bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2019. Regard being had to the period of custody, the

No.48013 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019.
