2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section(s) 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is alleged to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.
4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased had committed suicide which is apparent from the post-mortem report as there is no ante-mortem injury found on the body of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024. Moreover, the trial is being delayed.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the delay in trial, the period of custody and the post-mortem report, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024.
