02. 27.05.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Chakiya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner even though the matter has been compromised. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below, failing which strict action shall be taken for his arrest Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
