Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to first information report, huge quantity of Posta Dana was recovered from two auto rickshaw. Petitioner was also there. Hence, he was suspected to be involved with the stolen Posta Dana.

Submission is that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner that he was carrying the Posta Dana nor the petitioner has got any criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 10.04.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
