Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 354 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code and Section 3(X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It appears that petitioners dragged the wife of the informant, made her nude.

Let the petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41337 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 a copy of this order in the court below (C.J.M., Katihar) and apply for regular bail in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 121/2014, which should be considered in accordance with law in the light of the fact that there is a counter case also and the fact that occurrence has taken place because she-goat of the petitioners was grazing the field of the informant.
