In the present case, only grievance has been raised by the petitioner that he was directed to handover the charge to the Class-IV employee. Accordingly, he handed over the charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authority should not take the work of Class-III employee from the Class-IV employee.
In the opinion of this Court, as and when the petitioner has handed over the charge, his responsibility is over. The present writ application is not a P.I.L., when he has handed over the charge, his responsibility is over, now this Court finds, the grievance raised has no connection with the condition of service.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10824 of 2017 dt.28-11-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards Paragraph no.1 wherein it has been stated that work of Class-III employee should not be taken from Class-IV employee.
It is for the employer to decide in what manner the administration would run and the Court will not like to interfere unnecessarily in running the administration.
With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
