The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 420, 120B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons fraudulently taken thumb impression of informant on a plain paper and Aadhar Card in order to grab her property.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that both parties are co-villagers and only on suspicion, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no material on record to suggest that this petitioner and other co-accused have fraudulently obtained thumb impression of informant and till date, there is no allegation of any wrongful gain by this petitioner. Co-accused Ganita Devi (wife of petitioner) has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51070 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 this Court, vide order dated 02.08.2022 in Cr.Misc. No. 4908/2022. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Asthawan P.S.
