Case No.223 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed ABP No.4310 of 2013 before the Sessions Judge, Patna. The same was rejected on 12.08.2014. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The only allegation against the petitioner is referable to Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Even if any part of the allegation against the petitioner is true, it does not warrant arrest of the petitioner.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Danapur, District Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.223 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
