Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(I-b), a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that a country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of ten months of custody, if the trial is not concluded, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37622 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chutia Police Station Case No.61 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
