Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was allegedly recovered from an abandoned place and the same was suspected to be of the petitioner for the reason that the petitioner was an accused in identical case.

Considering the fact that only material is suspicion against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
