JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Of course, in the present writ petition, no counter affidavit has been filed, learned counsel for the petitioner on being asked submits that despite his best efforts he has also not been able to get instruction regarding present status of claim of the petitioner, whereas the present writ petition was filed in the year 2011 with a prayer to direct the Respondents to ensure the handing over charge of the Incharge Headmistress by the Respondent no.7, who at the relevant time was Assistant Teacher of the Middle School, Poari, Police Station-Harnaut, District-

At the time of filing of the writ petition, the petitioner in the affidavit has disclosed her age as 57 years. It appears that now, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition stands dismissed as the same has become infructuous.
