10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Ekchari P.S. Case No. 23 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur.

The two petitioners are brother and son of Kailash Mandal. The allegation is that between the injured-victim and Kailash Mandal there was land dispute and forcing to compromise. These two petitioners brutally assaulted the informant leading to the aforesaid case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41680 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioner may surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail which shall be considered without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
