Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 387, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Taking note of this fact that there is specific allegation of firing against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7451 of 2015 (4) dt.25-06-2015 his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi stands rejected.
