JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 27.8.2018, passed in CWJC No. 13318 of 2004, although substantial compliance has been made and the back wages as also pensionary benefits have been paid, however the petitioner has grievances with regard to part payment of leave encashment as also pertaining to some other outstanding amount, which

Patna High Court MJC No.2801 of 2019(18) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 have not been paid, hence it is prayed that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances by taking recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
