JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Section 3 of the Child Labour Act and Section 26 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

The accusation is of taking children aged between 12 to 15 years.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled and the FIR has been lodged by the informant who is the co-villager of the petitioner as there is no complaint from the parents of the children. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12670 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 919 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
