This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Amour P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of two weeks from today. If he does not surrender, the Superintendent of Police, Purnea, shall take all
