For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Jai Prakash Verma For the Respondent/s : Mr. Anshuman Singh- Gp24 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 The finding of the Director, Secondary Education, Human Resources Department which is under challenge i.e. annexure-7 is un-ambiguous with regard to the status of the School. However, the categorical stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's school name does figure in notification no. 52/(p) dated 19.02.2009 at serial no. 188 (annexure-6). Whether it is the same school as that the petitioner is claiming or another school with similar name of which the petitioner wants to draw advantage can be very well got verified

Patna High Court CWJC No.5299 of 2015 (4) dt.01-07-2015 by the Director, Secondary Education, Human Resources Department, Government of Bihar. If the petitioner approaches the Director Secondary Education on the limited score as above and if the notification contained in annexure-6 serial no. 188 relates to the petitioner, the matter may require reconsideration or else the reasoning and the rationale provided in annexure-7 will remain valid and good. Petitioner can not acquire any benefit at this stage till the above factual position stands verified. This writ application is disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
