====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 435, 385, 387, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2018. Allegation is that ransom was demanded for allowing the informant to complete the contract work. The accused persons named in the FIR including the petitioner were identified on the basis of call of name of each other by the accused persons only. Considering the nature of material, period already undergone and completion of investigation, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47140 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gurua Police Station Case No. 192 of 2017, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
