2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Chandi Case No. 693 of 2024 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to seek regular bail before the learned District Court.

4. That being the case, learned District Court is directed to call for the records of the case and in case the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail, the same should be considered on the same day, by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.
