=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and T.M. Bhagalpur University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University in which the stand is that all admitted dues have been paid and details of the same have also been mentioned. From the same it transpires that the remaining admitted dues have been paid to the petitioner lastly on 09.06.2018 and 12.07.2018.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University, if he feels that any admitted dues still remain unpaid. If such a representation is filed within four week from today before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13130 of 2017 dt.14-08-2018 2/2 Registrar of the University, he shall get the matter verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks of filing of the representation. If in terms of the order passed, any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next four weeks.
