1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.09.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.19825 of 2019, the District Magistrate, Patna, has already passed an order dated 29.11.2023, rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 29.11.2023, by taking recourse to the
Patna High Court MJC No.405 of 2021(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
