The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 264 of 2013 registered under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of husband of the deceased and admittedly, he resides in his own village and not in the house of husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9824 of 2015 (3) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 264 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
