Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 365, 366A and 120B/34 of the IPC.

First Information Report goes to show that it was petitioner no. 2 who took the victim but when the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 of Cr. P. C., she stated that it was Bindu Paswan who kidnapped her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
