JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though the Circle Officer, Patory, DistrictSamastipur has initiated Encroachment Case No. 8 of 2018 for removal of the encroachment over the public land but no final order is passed therein and the encroachment is still continuing. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Patory, District-
