JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol with five live cartridges have been recovered from each of these two petitioners. Three mobile phones have been recovered from their possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. They claimed clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of both the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan town Police Station Case No. 415 of 2021.
