The petitioner seeks bail in Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As soon as the informant reached the P.C.C. road, it is alleged that the accused persons named in the F.I.R. surrounded and started assaulting her. Insofar as the petitioner is concerned, specific allegation is of assault on the hand by iron rod causing fracture. The injury report of the informant supports the prosecution case. Petitioner along with other female family members moved for bail before the learned Sessions Judge in which the prayer of female members was allowed and the case of the petitioner was rejected.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17298 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 placed the impugned order.

Considering the allegation, the corresponding injury sustained by the informant as well as the other materials reflected from the impugned order, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer is rejected.
